Using your Portal

The repair portal is simple to use and is designed to give you a clear overview of your repair progress as it moves through each stage.

During your vehicle repair, the repairer or claims handler may contact you with additional updates or information about your vehicle and its repair, including potential offers. The portal will automatically notify you by SMS or email, with a link to your dedicated page in the portal.

What is the estimated completion date?
You will be given an estimated completion date after your repair has been assessed, approved, and the necessary parts have arrived on site.

This date represents the earliest your repairs are expected to be finished. However, it is subject to change due to unforeseen events, such as the need to order additional parts or if a quality check is not passed. Should there be any changes to the estimated completion date, you will be notified automatically through SMS or email, along with a link to check the updated completion date.

Your repair status
Your repair portal is directly linked to the Bodyshop's management system, and the status will be updated as it progresses through each stage.
For a better understanding of these stages, we provide a brief description beneath each title on the repair overview page.
Your timeline
Your timeline shows the full repair journey from receipt of repair notification, to completion of repairs.
If any additional messages, photo updates, or offers have been provided to you via the portal, these will also appear in your timeline.

Your initial repair options

In the early stages of the repair you may be offered the following options, these are based on the repair progression and will only show when they are acceptable to do so.

Cancel your repair
Should you decide to cancel your vehicle repair request, please choose the appropriate option.
You will then be prompted to select from various reasons for cancellation, which helps us understand your decision and enables us to provide additional support if necessary.
Change Repairer
Should you need to change your repairer for any reason, please choose this option.

You will then be given a list of reasons for the change, followed by an additional five alternative repairers for your selection.
