Parts shortage impacting vehicle repairs

Globally all Vehicle Manufacturers are experiencing issues around panel parts manufacturing which is creating shortages affecting all insurers, dealers, and repairers across the country.

As a result, this may affect how long it takes to get your vehicle into a garage for repair or impact the repair duration once repairs commence. Your repairer will keep you informed about the repair time and try to be as accurate as possible regarding the estimated completion date and will do everything they can to repair your vehicle as quickly and as safely as possible. In addition, this same problem also restricts the availability of courtesy cars.

We understand this will be frustrating for you if affected, but please be assured your vehicle will be Booked In and repaired as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please speak with your repairer on completion of your booking.
