What is the Ford Customer Repair Hub?

The Ford Customer Repair Hub is directly linked to the bodyshop management system, so your repair status stays up to date. You'll receive progress updates via SMS and email, and you can view your repair timeline, leave feedback, and download your collision repair warranty.

Where is my repair reference?

Reporting your Ford repair online couldn't be easier.

Your repair reference is sent to you by email at the start of your repair journey, and it will also be included in every update email we send. If you haven't received your reference or you've misplaced it, you can retrieve it using the link below.

When can I provide feedback?

After your repair is finished and you've collected your vehicle, we'll send you an email or SMS with a link to a short feedback survey. To ensure you receive the invitation, please check your communication preferences are up to date.

How do I activate the guarantee?

Your certificate will be ready within 12 hours of your vehicle being collected and will be available on the warranty page.

Don't worry, we will send you details via email or SMS when it is ready.

How often is the hub updated?

The hub is updated every time your repair progresses through the process, as well as, when your repairer sends a photo or text update, you will be notified every time this happens.

If a policy excess applies to your policy and it hasn't been waived by your insurer, then the excess will be payable upon completion of your repairs. Before paying your policy excess you should check around the vehicle to ensure you are happy with repairs. Any queries regarding your policy excess should be addressed in the first instance to your insurer.

What is the estimated completion date?

Once your repairer has organised your vehicle's repair they will provide an estimated completion date, this date serves as the best possible estimate on when your vehicle will be almost complete. The repairer will call you once quality control checks have been done and have passed.
